Guns are in! Ammo is hot! This latest fever to come up with gun control laws that make sense has spawned a run on guns and the ammunition that propels them.
Local stores that sell this merchandise can't keep the product in the stores, so each outlet has put together policies that will restrict when and where you can buy bullets:
--Walmart: 3 boxes of any caliber per customer. No buying in bulk please. Thank you.
--Herb Philipson's: 3 boxes of any caliber or guage per day. 1 bulk package a day.
--Ra-Lins: No restrictions on singles boxes, but no bulk buying allowed
--Dick's Sporting Goods: No more than 3 boxes. If a bulk buy has more than 200 rounds, 1 per customer. Sorry.
--Bass Pro Shops: No more than 5 single boxes and 1 bulk buy per person. Shotgun shells? Knock yourself out! No restrictions.
--Gander Mountain: 1 box per customer on Wednesday mornings of any caliber. Other days, it's no more than 10 boxes of any guage per day.
OK, that about covers all of them. This is assuming, of course, the product is available.
