Chocolate's good for you...dark chocolate that is. Eating just a single chocolate bar (dark) has a direct effect on the brain and may cut the risk of stroke. It's all in the flavonoids in the product.
Here are some of the benefits of chocolate (dark, that is):
--cuts risk of heart attack and stroke
--protects your skin from harmful UV rays
--curbs your appetite
--fights getting old
So, hey, raiding your kids' Easter basket could be good for you...maybe the Halloween basket too! It doesn't mean though you should scarf down a dozen Cadbury Creme eggs though......
I'll tell you, you should be able to get some benefit from dark chocolate if you're able to keep that stuff down....yuk!
