Oswego County Man Found Guilty In The Death Of His Step-Son

Oswego, N.Y. - Anthony Waldron the step-dad of Jordon Brooks the Palermo teen who died due to neglect was found guilty of murder.

It took the jury less than 2 hours to reach the guilty verdict on all counts.

Waldron maintained that as a stepdad he wasn't responsible for the care of the 17 year old who weighed just 55 pounds, had bed sores all over his body and suffered from an infection when he died.

Waldron has been found guilty of murder in the second degree, assault, and three counts of reckless endangerment of a person with physical disabilities and faces 25 years in prison.
