Syracuse, N.Y. - DeWitt Police have made an arrest in the April murder outside the Best Western on Collamer Road.
Police say 45 year old Ebae Shambley of Utica shot and killed Paul Washington Jr. as he was sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot of the hotel.
Shambley was found in Utica and taken into custody. He is charged with Murder in the 2nd degree and Criminal Possession of a Weapon 2nd.
He was held at the Onondaga County Justice Center pending arraignment.
