Sandy Creek Man Arrested For Manslaughter After Fatal Car Crash In June

Sandy Creek, N.Y. - Oswego County Sheriffs have arrested a man for a fatal crash back in June.

40 year old Jason Robinson, of Sandy Creek, is charge with Vehicular Manslaughter, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of Vehicle along with Driving under the influence of drugs.

Robinson was driving his pick up truck on Route 104 in town of Albion, June 10th, when he crossed the line and slammed head on into a car with 66-year-old Richard McDermott and 62-year-old Annmarie McDermott inside killing them both.
