Oswego County Mom Pleads Guilty In The Death Of Her Disabled Son

Oswego, N.Y. - Oswego County Mom who neglected her disabled son allowing him to die has pleaded Guilty.

Lisa Waldron, has agreed to a pela deal and has pleaded guilty to second-degree manslaughter and first-degree assault in the death of her 17-year-old son Jordan Brooks.

Jordan, who had cerebral palsy and was confined to a wheelchair, died from sepsis infection and malnutrition. Investigators say the teen had open, bleeding sores, and exposed tailbone and weighed just 55 pounds when he died.

Waldron already pleaded guilty for continuing to cash her son's Social Security checks after he died.
