Oswego, N.Y. -Oswego police have released the name of a woman found dead on a city street.
28 year old Kaylene Fragale, was found face down on Erie Street Saturday.
Police have said the death is suspicious and they are asking if anyone has any information about a black sedan with silver rims that was seen in the Liberty Street area between 4:30 and 4:40 p.m. that day. They believe she may have been in that car at one time.
