Lysander Man Arrested For DWI After Road Rage Incident On Thruway

Syracuse, N.Y. - A Lysander man has been arrested for DWI and criminal mischief after State Police caught him on the thruway.

Troopers received reports of a vehicle driving erratically after intentionally throwing a "Twisted Tea" can at another vehicle, causing damage. Troopers spotted the vehicle and after stopping it determined 31-year-old James Palmer was intoxicated.

Palmer was taken into custody, transported and processed at State Police barracks in Syracuse.

He was charged with Driving While Intoxicated, Reckless Driving, and Criminal Mischief 4th degree; all Misdemeanors.
