Three tenants at Skyline Apartments in Syracuse have filed a class action lawsuit against the building's owners.
The tenants- Martina Carter, Anne McCheyne, and Lawrence Fuller- filed the suit with the State Supreme Court in Onondaga County. The lawsuit states that owners Tim and Troy Green neglected to address hazardous conditions and violent trespassers inside their building.
