Three Syracuse City School Employees Arrested For Fraud

Syracuse, N.Y. - Three Syracuse City Schools employees have been arrested and charged with fraud.

Jason Cecile, Tina DeCarlo, and Nichole Murray allegedly tricked the district into paying them for services regarding the"Twilight Program" they never performed.

The "Twilight Program" is an after-school program to help students graduate on time.

The three allegedly engaged in a scheme to leave their jobs early, submit false time sheets, made false claims they visited students at their homes, and even invented fake classes.

The three were arraigned and released.
