The state is putting up a new incentive to urge people to get themselves vaccinated against COVID-19.
As part of the "Vax and Scratch" program, people who receive the COVID-19 vaccine next week will get a free lottery scratch-off ticket that could be worth up to $5 million. The promotion runs this coming Monday through next Friday at some of the state's mass vaccination sites, which includes the State Fairgrounds.
