Oswego, N.Y. - Oswego Mayor Billy Barlow has announced that Harborfest will not be happening this year.
Mayor Barlow also said that the annual Independence Day Parade has been canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions.
However, concerts at Veteran's Stage and Water Street Square will return, and the Fourth of July will feature a block party and fireworks.
