The Oswego City School District is delaying plans to bring back more students for in-person instruction.
Officials say the decision is connected to a growing number of new coronavirus cases in the area. Students in grades four through 12 will continue to follow a hybrid-learning model while kids in pre-K through third grade will remain in school full-time.
