Syracuse Police have identified the driver who caused a deadly 8 vehicle crash last week.
Marcus Lockwood was driving on West Fayette Street when he crashed into multiple cars stopped at a red light. 49 year old Sean Joyce was in one of the cars. He was rushed to the hospital, where he later died. No charges have been filed yet.
