An Oswego County teacher has been arrested after allegedly raping a former student.
Martin Scoville is accused of maintaining an inappropriate relationship with that student from 2005-09, and forcibly raping them in 2009. Scoville is an art teacher in the Sandy Creek School District. Officials said in a statement that Scoville is on leave as the investigation continues.
