Several school districts are announcing remote learning plans ahead of the holidays.
Syracuse City School District, along with Westhill, Solvay, and Liverpool, will all switch to online learning starting Monday. Most districts said their decisions were based on the increase in COVID-19 cases and quarantines.
In Oswego County, Phoenix School District officials are making the same change for their students.
