CNS grad Breanna Stewart receiving top honors from Sports Illustrated.
The WNBA star was named as one of the publication's Sportspersons of the Year for 2020. Sports Illustrated highlighted five prominent athletes as "Activist Athletes', which also includes LeBron James and KC quarterback Patrick Mahomes. Stewart was chosen for speaking out against racism and for women's equality, and for leading the Seattle Storm to a WNBA title following an achilles injury.
