Granby, N.Y. - Troopers have arrested a Phoenix man for breaking into a home an threatening people there with what wound up being a pellet gun
State Police investigators say that Franklin Hill forced his way into the backdoor of an apartment Friday on West Eleventh Street in Granby and threatened the couple in their upstairs bedroom.
Hill is still behind bars. He faces faces of burglary and menacing charges.
