Clay, N.Y. - Onondaga County Sheriff's Deputies have identified the victim of a deadly motorcycle crash.
They say 28-year-old Jacob Kowalski was riding on Henry Clay Boulevard in Clay Tuesday night when he lost control of the motorcycle and hit a guardrail. Kowalski was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police believe speed may have been a factor in the accident but are still investigating.
