Utica, N,.Y - Several agencies worked together to find a Utica man whose now arrested for child porn.
Oneida County Sheriff's say they received information from Homeland Security out of Syracuse, about Duane Raiser. Raiser was already a registered Level 1 Sex Offender, and authorities believed he was dealing in online sexual content with an uknown child in Quebec,Canada
After further investigation they found that Raiser was in possession of several images of Child Porn.
He is charged with charged with 1 count of Possession of a Sexual Performance of a Child, a Class E Felony and one count of Failing to Register Internet Account/Internet Identifiers, also a Class E Felony.
