Fulton Man Pulled Over For DWI Now Faces Terroristic Threat Charge

Elbridge, N.Y. - A drunk driver was pulled over in Elbridge and then things got worse

22 year old Achilles Reinhardt of Fulton was arrested Saturday night by the State Police and charged with making a terroristic threat after threatening to shoot the troopers and their families.

After the arrested, Reinhardt struck his head against a patrol car’s side window. Once inside the Elbridge barracks, he kicked and broke a landline phone, a booking camera used to take mugshots and peed on the carpet.

At the time of his arrest, Reinhardt was wanted by the Onondaga County Sheriff’s for violating probation for aggravated second-degree harassment.

He now faces the follwoing charges:

*  Making a Terroristic Threat, a class "D" felony

 *  Criminal Mischief 4th degree, a class "A" misdemeanor

 *  Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd degree, a class "A" misdemeanor

 *  DWI, an unclassified misdemeanor

 *  Criminal Nuisance 2nd degree, a class "B" misdemeanor
