Townof Dewitt, N.Y. - Onondaga County Sheriffs have charged a high school assistant coach with sending inappropriate messages to a female student.
26 yr James Ansbrow (the second) II of Syracuse, an assistant volleyball coach at Bishop Grimes Jr/Syr High School, has been charged sending indecent material to a minor and and endangering the welfare of a child. The investigation began after police received information about the incident from a school official.
The school district immediately released Ansbrow from employment and is conducting their own internal investigation along with cooperating with the Sheriff’s Office.
