Syracuse, N.Y. - State Police have arrested a Syracuse man on disturbing charges.
Troopers say 23-year-old Lucas Tzivanis sent pornographic images and videos to a minor. He was taken into custody and arraigned in the Town of North Elba Court before being sent to the Essex County Jail. Police say their investigation is continuing and more charges are possible. They're asking anyone who may have been contacted by Tzivanis to come forward.
