Woman Who Killed Friend While Driving Drunk Pleads Not Guilty To DWI

Syracuse, N.Y. - A Syracuse woman who spent time in prison for driving drunk and killing her friend in 2010, pleaded not guilty in court today...to driving drunk again.

Police say Chelsea Kuss was drunk when she crashed and flipped a car on Tipperary Hill back in April. Today she pleaded not guilty.

Kuss had previously served six years in prison for the drunk-driving crash that killed her friend, Victoria Deverso.

Kuss is is currently out on $50,000 bail and will be back in court later this summer.
