Scriba, N.Y. - It's going to get loud surrounding the nuclear power plants in Oswego County.
Officials will be sounding the alarms Tuesday, June 4th at 1 p.m. as part of a test. The 40 sires in the 10-miles radius of the nuclear plants in Scriba will sound for 3 to 5 minutes. Officials with Excelon Generation also caution that additional testing may go on during the day.
