Syracuse, N.Y. - A Syracuse man has been arraigned for sexually abusing a disabled woman.
Investigators say 32-year-old Rubin Jones the Third sexually assaulted a woman with a developmental disability. They say it happened Saturday behind the old Steak and Sundae building on Teall Avenue. The victim told a family member what happened and police were contacted. Jones did not know the woman prior to the alleged attack.
He is being held this morning in the Justice Center.
