Syracuse, N.Y. - A Wayne County man has been arrewsted for raping a girl in Onondaga County.
Onondaga Deputies say 22 year old Thomas Sheffler rape a girl under the age of 15 twice in February.
Sheffler who knew the victim raped the girl once in the Town of Salina and again in the City of Syracuse.
The victim told a family member about the rapes and officials were notified.
Sheffler is in jail on $15,000 cash or bond.
