Syracuse Police Investigating Two Teens Shot In Broad Daylight

Syracuse, N.Y. - Today around 12:30 Syracuse Police Officers responded to the area of Park Street and Turtle Street in regards to a shooting call. 

When they got there found a 17 year old male, suffering from gunshot wounds to his abdomen. 

Officers were also notified that a second shooting victim was located in the 300 block of Bear Street.  There they found a 16 year old male suffering from gunshot wounds to his abdomen. Neither of their injuries are considered to be life threatening.

Police say both victims were walking in the 1400 block of N. Salina Street when they were shot.  After being shot, they split up and went direct directions to seek medical attention. The victims refused to provide any details to investigating Officers.

Witnesses indicate that the suspect was possibly a male, wearing a red hooded sweatshirt.
