Third Person Involved In Sodus Double Homicide Pleads Not Guilty

Lyons, N.Y. - Bron Bohlar, one of three people arrested in connection to the murders of a Sodus couple in October, pleaded not guilty in court this morning.

Bohlar was extradited from Moore County, Texas to answer to a conspiracy charge in the connection to the killings of Joshua Niles and Amber Washburn.

Timothy Dean and his wife, Charlene Childers, are charged with murder in the case.

Childers was in a custody battle with Niles, her ex-boyfriend, over their two children. Bohlar is accused of renting a car for Dean and discussing plans for the murders. He's scheduled back in court in February of next year.
