Town of Amboy, N.Y. - Oswego County Sheriff's have identified the man killed in a crash on State Route 183 in the town of Amboy, Sunday.
Deputies said 21-year-old Louis Watkins, from Camden, was killed when his car left the road, rolled over, and struck several trees.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
His passenger was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The crash is still under investigation.
