Anthony Saccone Is Back In Jail

Syracuse, N.Y. - The man accused of killing three young adults near OCC is back in jail.

Anthony Saccone was arrested early Sunday morning. Onondaga County Sheriff Deputies say he is back in the Justice Center after he was spotted doing a burnout near Electronics Parkway.

Investigators say Saccone drank alcohol while driving and refused to take a breath test, leading to several charges. Saccone had been ordered to stop drinking as part of his bail after pictures of him drinking and cavorting on the beach caught the ire of social media.
