Partial Bridge Collapse Minutes After Train Passes

The investigation is underway into what caused a partial bridge collapse in Syracuse.  Officials say it happened Thursday in the area of West Onondaga Street and South Clinton Street.  A portion of the railroad bridge that didn't fall is being removed due to concerns it could crumble.  When the bridge fell, it knocked down wires and left debris scattered throughout the area, but no one was hurt. Some say the incident happened just minutes after a train passed over the bridge.
