A U.S. Border Patrol agent from Oswego County is facing serious charges. Prosecutors say 54-year-old Keith Hook distributed child pornography on the internet. Hook is accused of using an online messaging service to share images and videos. If convicted, Hook faces up to 20 years in prison. He'd also have to register as a sex offender.
