Oswego County Sheriff's have arrested 18 year old Evan M. Groff, 18 of Fulton
Groff has been charged with first-degree sex abuse and endangering the welfare of a child.
The charges stem from an investigation into an incident that happened between May and June of this year. Groff is alleged to have had sexual conduct with a child under 11. Investigators say the alleged incident happened at a home in the Town of Granby.
Groff was arraigned in the Town of Volney Court and is due in the Town of Granby Court on July 2.
