Cuomo Wants To Keep Guns Out Of Hands Of Troubled Students

Governor Cuomo wants teachers to have the chance to keep guns out of the hands of troubled students. He proposed the law Tuesday that could allow them to petition a judge if they believe someone is dangerous and has access to weapons.  The legislation would expand on a bill already passed by the legislature that applies to police and family members.  The governor doesn't expect the bill to pass this year and the law would prevent guns from being removed from people without due process.
