A North Syracuse Man has been charged with sending indecent material to a minor.
Tuesday New York State Police arrested 33-year-old Michael J. Clark of 12 Devonshire Road North Syracuse.
He is charged with for Disseminating Indecent Material to a Minor (D-felony).
The investigation started when a concerned citizen reported to State Police that Michael Clark was conversing with a minor on Facebook and attempting to get her to take drugs and perform sexual activity for his benefit.
Clark was arrested without incident and lodged in the Onondaga County Jail pending arraignment.
