Port Byron, N.Y. - A couple in Port Byron are accused of faking their son’s cancer diagnosis in order to collect donations.
Martin and Jolene LaFrance are charged with setting up a go fund me for their son, CJ, who police say does not have cancer. They allegedly collected over $3,000.
The couple is both charged with Felony Fraud.
