Syracuse, N.Y. - Warm weather this week could cause flooding across Central New York.
Flood watches go into effect tonight for Jefferson, Lewis and Oswego Counties. Warmer weather over the next couple of weeks along with above average rain has ignited concerns that flooding could become more widespread upstate.
