Syracuse, N.Y. - The Jury has acquitted the get away driver of murder in the death of a Syracuse University Student from China killed in DeWitt.
Ninimbe Mitchell was found guilty by the jury for robbery and could face up to 25 years in prison.
Xiaopeng Yuan was killed after a drug deal went wrong last fall in DeWitt across the Street from LeMoyne College. The same jury determined that Cameron Isaac killed Yuan and robbed him of 2 pounds of marijuana and convicted him first-degree murder. Isaac could spend the rest of his life behind bars.
