Oneida County Man Still Driving After 10 License Suspensions

State Police have charged an Oneida County man with driving a car while he had ten license suspensions.

Troopers say they pulled over 33 year old Daniel Hallowell of Vienna last week for speeding. They claim he was traveling at 74 miles an hour in a 55 mile an hour zone. They later learned he was driving without a license because he had ten suspensions on six different dates.

State Police says Hallowell was also driving without any insurance and they impounded his car after they found aluminum foil that contained two small rocks of meth.
