Oneida County Sheriffs Deputies have arrested a jail inmate on prison contraband charges.
24 year old Allan Christman of Cleveland was caught with a drug known as Alprazolam, which is a form of Xanax.A warrant was issued against Christman in connection with the charge and he's due back in court at a later date for an arraignment.
