Manlius, N.Y. - Expect delays and detours in Manlius beginning Monday.
Onondaga County DOT will be completely closing Highbridge Street in the Town of Manlius to replace a culvert. The project will replace the existing concrete box culvert, bank stabilization and upgrades to the guiderail.
A detour utilizing Highbridge Street, Troop K Road, State Route 173 and Woodchuck Hill Road will be marked.
The project is expected to be completed by the end of this construction season.
