Ocala, Fla. - A Florida Man has now been charged by a Grand Jury in a nationwide bomb threat against Target Stores including here in Syracuse.
Mark Barnett is facing charges including attempted arson, and possession of a destructive device.
Barnett planned to bomb the stores so he could cash in on plunging Target stock. Court Papers indicate he offered a friend $10,000 to help him but the would be accomplice took that information to authorities.
