The Oswego County nuclear power plant is set to change operators. Thursday the federal Nuclear Regulatory Commission approved the transfer of the James A. FitzPatrick nuclear plant from Entergy Corporation to Exelon Corporation. Exelon agreed to pay more than $100-million dollars for the plant last year. The plant resumed operations this week after more than a month of maintenance.
