A Florida man is accused of attempting to begin a bombing campaign in Syracuse. Federal authorities say Mark Barnett wanted to harm stock prices of Target stores by planting bombs disguised as food items. He built at least ten bombs that he was going to put in Target stores up and down the east coast... beginning in Syracuse. A man who was paid to plant the bombs for Barnett turned him into federal authorities.
