Syracuse, N.Y. - State officials will give the community its first of four chances to share its thoughts on a the rebuilding of the viaduct.
Officials with the Sate Department of Transportation say that parts of I-81 that go through Syracuse will needs replacing within five years.
The state is considering several options, including rebuilding another elevated highway in the same spot or turning that stretch of 81 into a boulevard instead.
